Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SharpEye Techno Solutions, our Refund Policy is based on standardized practices that strictly follow industrial norms. We put up with fair assessment practices and all the refund claims are processed with vigilant parameters to make sure the decisions are justified and mutually agreeable. Our policies are treated with appropriate measures to settle different claims, originating from different assortments of needs and various business situations.

Process to file the request for refund.

When you file a complaint to SharpEye Techno Solutions, we first try to provide an ideal solution to the issue you are facing. Your case is first introduced to the technical team and then reported further to the experts’ panel. Refund is only made in the extreme circumstances, when nothing good can be done to solve the issue.

  • Contact details
  • Email ID
  • Phone number

While planning for refunds, we check for soundness and validity of the case, applying different conditions to it. If these conditions are satisfied, refund may apply*

  • Installation/Post-sales operations has not yet started.
  • The issues with the project are beyond the scope of rectification/resolution/fixing.
  • You have not violated our payment terms.
  • You have not used any information for monetary/business benefits (gained during the course of association).
  • The reasons you made are valid/rational/realistic enough to qualify for refund trial.
  • You have presented all the proofs and evidences surfacing your refund claim.
  • The claim does not arise from any billing dispute coming from your bank or payment vendor.
  • Important Note: If any of the points mentioned above is found violated, your claim will be considered void. The decision of SharpEye Techno Solutions on refunds is final and irrevocable.
  • The refund may take 7-10 business days to process, after the refund is decided and finalized.
  • You will be refunded in the currency you were charged-in. If this is not your native currency, your bank may charge exchange fees, or a change in the exchange rate may have resulted in a difference in the amount refunded compared to the amount you originally paid (in your native currency). It is solely your responsibility if you have to pay any fees or bear any losses in this process.

Once The refund is approved from our side, we immediately refund the amount to the customer in the original mode through which we received the payment.

Processing of Refunds:

Full Refund: In cases where the project has not been started at any level, the full refund will be initiated after recover the upfront.

Partial Refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy after the approval of the initial design layout, the partial refund will be in proportion to the work completed.

No Refund: If the project has been completed and client provided the full and final payment for the same.

Limitation of Liability

SharpEye Techno Solutions liability is bound by the value of the chunk of the project (as per our proposal) which remains incomplete at a given point of time. SharpEye Techno Solutions is not obligated for losses due to the services provided / not provided or the delay in the same at any point of time. The liability to refund holds only if the project has been cancelled by us.

If there is any dispute / escalation in any other platform outside of the company, the refund process will never considered.

Taxes (if any) paid shall not be refundable.

Force Majeure Situation

SharpEye Techno Solutions shall not be liable to its customer(s) / client(s) for the refund due to cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance / work / services of its obligations by reason of the earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, cyclone, natural disasters, Act of God or the Epidemic / Pandemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, political unrest, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockdown, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).

Changes in Refund Policy

SharpEye Techno Solutions may at any time, without prior notice under its sole discretion, amend this refund policy from time to time. You are therefore requested to review this refund policy periodically. Your continued use of our website (www.sharpeyetechnosol.com) after any such amendments automatically implies your acceptance of the same thereof.
